Rules for ads on strafbock.ch
Clear requirements for authentic, reputable and safe ads.
Scope
These rules apply to all ads, profiles and clubs published on strafbock.ch. They supplement the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and help present offers transparently, legally and safely.
Ads are created and managed via inseratportal.ch. The German GTC remain legally binding and take precedence over this plain-language summary in case of doubt.
What is permitted and required
An ad must accurately describe a real, legal offer for adults.
- All advertisers and depicted persons are at least 18 years old and have consented to publication.
- The title, description, location, services and all other details are truthful, current and not misleading.
- Only your own authentic photos or videos may be uploaded. They must show the actual provider or business being advertised.
- Only legal adult erotic services or content may be offered.
Prohibited content and offers
In particular, the following are not permitted:
- Minors, animals, violence, coercion, exploitation, human trafficking, pimping or any other illegal content or offer.
- Bareback offers or advertising for unprotected sexual intercourse.
- Medication, drugs or related sales and consumption references.
- Revenge, bullying, discriminatory, insulting or degrading content.
- Fraud, data harvesting, false identities, fake ads or misleading claims such as unauthorised “verified” labels.
- Promotion of third-party platforms or groups, external links, and phone numbers, email addresses or other contact details in the name, title or description.
- Malware, technical manipulation or content that endangers the platform or other people.
Rules for photos and videos
Media must be authentic, lawful and suitable for public display.
- No visible genitals and no depictions involving children, animals, violence or excrement.
- No screenshots, stock media or copyrighted third-party content.
- No manipulated or AI-generated identities that pretend to be a real person or offer.
- Watermarks may only name your own name or website, not third-party platforms.
- Written consent and all required personality and image rights must exist for every identifiable person and protected item of content.
Review and consequences of violations
strafbock.ch may review content and take measures to protect the platform and its users.
- Ads may be rejected, hidden, suspended or deleted without prior notice.
- Serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent account deletion, stopped campaigns and forfeited credit.
- There is no entitlement to publication, visibility, refunds or replacement credit.
- Illegal content may be preserved and reported to the competent authorities.
